Okay- I have tried a ton of “fashion” diet plans, pills, exercises. and nothing really works. The latest and greatest weight loss product I have tried is Crave Relief (instant aromatherapy). You can buy this at Bath and Body Works. They have a whole line of Instant Aromatherapy products.
This weight loss product is a bunch of crap. You are suppose to roll it on the inside of the wrist and rub wrists together to activate, hold wrists up to nose and breathe in deeply- this claims to stop cravings, and reduce calorie intake. The smell of this weight loss crave stopping serum, is nothing but a good smelling blend of Grapefruit and Sweet Fennel - which makes you hungry because it smells delicious. |
